Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a skilled HVAC/electrical technician for on-site work in a global consumer health and personal care environment. The role focuses on installing, repairing, and upgrading HVAC systems across the plant, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate brings Freon licensing, HVAC experience, and 3–5 years in industrial electrical work, with strong electro/mechanical abilities and knowledge of power distribution.

Qualifications

• Freon License is required.
• HVAC experience is required.
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in industrial electrical.
• Proven Electro/Mechanical skills.
• Knowledge of power distribution, lighting, control and equipment to determine electrical failure causes.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, maintain, and upgrade HVAC systems and equipment plant wide.
• Identify repairs and/or replacement needs.
• Assist others by providing information on proper equipment use.
• Ensure adequate materials are available to complete a job on time.
• Properly use hand tools and test equipment safely, following OSHA regulations.
