Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to install, repair, and troubleshoot HVAC systems across commercial and industrial settings. You will diagnose mechanical and electrical failures, replace components, and perform brazed repairs and refrigerant procedures.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance and CMMS record keeping. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience, an EPA 608 license, and strong electro-mechanical skills.

Qualifications

• Freon/Refrigerant License (EPA 608) required.
• 3–5 years HVAC experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and troubleshoot HVAC systems (rooftop units, air handlers, chillers, boilers).
• Diagnose mechanical/electrical failures, replace components, perform brazed repairs and refrigerant procedures.
• Execute preventive maintenance plant-wide and monitor system performance.
• Maintain CMMS records and ensure operation within manufacturer specs.
• Troubleshoot electrical components including motors and power distribution.
