Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a qualified HVAC/Electrical technician for a plant-wide role in the United States. You will install, repair, maintain, and upgrade HVAC systems, identify repair needs, and support teams with equipment usage guidance.

The position emphasizes safety, material readiness, and OSHA compliance. The ideal candidate will hold a Freon license, have HVAC experience, and 3–5 years of industrial electrical work with electro/mechanical proficiency.

Qualifications

• Freon License Required.
• HVAC experience.
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in industrial electrical, Preferred
• Proven Electro/Mechanical skills.

Responsibilities

• Installing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading HVAC systems and equipment plant wide
• Identify repairs and/or replacement needs
• Assist others as required providing information on the proper uses of equipment
• Ensure adequate materials are available to complete a job in a timely manner
• Properly use hand tools and test equipment in a safe manner and follow all OSHA regulations
