HES Facilities Management seeks an experienced HVAC technician in Fort Valley, GA to maintain and service heating, ventilation, and related systems. The role requires troubleshooting electrical and mechanical components, performing preventive maintenance, and coordinating with facility teams to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Responsibilities include operating and diagnosing HVAC controls, using CMMS for work orders, and supporting other trades as needed.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED requirement.
• 2-year HVAC-focused military, vocational, or apprentice training.

Responsibilities

• Complete required documentation for work orders and status reports.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems and perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment.
• Operate and calibrate heating and ventilating controls and systems; respond to alarms and issues.
• Support other trades as needed and assist with on-call duties.
