Job summary

Georgia College is seeking an HVAC Technician I to perform basic installation and maintenance of HVAC systems on campus facilities. You will work under supervision with journeyman level tasks across chilled water, refrigeration, gas heaters, and related equipment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, EPA Universal CFC certification, a valid driver's license, and at least 3 years of HVAC experience or a tech school diploma.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on campus HVAC equipment.
• Install, repair, and service mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components.
• Troubleshoot pneumatic, electrical, and digital controls.
• Monitor inventory of maintenance consumables and organize tools.
• Collaborate with supervisors, building managers, and vendors.
