Responsibilities

• Plans and performs a wide variety of routine general heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems and other digital building controls systems repairs and services.
• Plans and performs a wide variety of routine general building maintenance repairs and services.
• Inspects and performs preventative maintenance and safety tests as required.
• Maintains a record of service cycles and other maintenance activities conducted.
• Maintains tools and supplies necessary to perform duties.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
