Qualifications

• Minimum four years work experience at journeyman level with comparable equipment and systems.
• Hospital engineering experience preferred.
• Current valid state driver’s license and a driving record that meets insurance carrier requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operates, maintains and repairs physical plant systems, buildings and equipment.
• Performs general maintenance and is authorized to perform more complex electrical and/or plumbing work depending on license(s) held.
• Performs facilities maintenance, operations, and technical work.
• Engineering design, calculations, and approvals requiring licensure are performed by licensed Professional Engineers where required.
