Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Home Inspector License with Arizona Board of Technical Registration.
• Capacity to use the latest inspection software, technology, and techniques.
• Certified in Termite, Radon & Mold inspections is a plus.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of residential homes.
• Climb ladders, walk on roofs, and access crawl spaces.
• Stay current on company initiatives and inspection standards.
