We are a small but mighty and growing franchise, seeking individuals to join a team of professional home inspectors. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, articulate, outgoing, personable, presentable, and follows our standard process to complete an accurate, thorough quality home inspection of essential elements and a detailed report.
The inspector is required to have a basic knowledge of residential home systems and elements and is expected to work in various weather conditions, climb ladders, walk on roofs, access crawl spaces and attics, and stand for long periods of time. Solid computer technology skills are necessary for report writing and communications.
The ideal candidate stays current on the latest company initiatives, policies, and procedures, while continually developing advanced technical knowledge in Inspection standards & home building science. Punctuality, the ability to work independently, and a strong work ethic are also required. Salary is based on experience and qualifications.
