Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and articulate home inspector with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit to handle climbing ladders and standing for long periods.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and enter homes with allergens.

Responsibilities

• Inspect residential properties for defects and educate consumers on findings.
• Produce accurate home inspection reports within 12-24 hours.
• Travel to various inspection sites and maintain logs.
