Job summary

Beltone in Jacksonville, Florida is seeking a Licensed Hearing Care Professional to deliver exceptional hearing healthcare and improve patient journeys.

As part of Forbes Best Midsize Employer 2025, you will administer evaluations, recommend fitting services, and engage with physicians for referrals while upholding Beltone's Belcare promise and commitment to integrity and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in Florida.
• AuD with dispensing qualifications in Florida.
• 2+ years dispensing or fitting experience (preferred).
• Strong track record of meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
• Provide recommendations for fitting and dispensing instruments.
• Educate patients about hearing health and Beltone services.
• Develop referrals through physician outreach.
• Represent Beltone's Belcare network of care.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in the stateof Florida _ OR _
• AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Florida

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispensing or fitting experience.
• Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
