Job summary

Beltone, America's Best Retailer for Hearing Care, is seeking a Licensed Hearing Care Professional to serve Lexington and Covington, VA. You will conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and guide patients through fitting and dispensing of hearing instruments with a patient-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Virginia license to dispense hearing instruments or AuD with dispensing qualifications.
• Minimum 2 years dispensing or fitting experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
• Provide professional recommendations for rehabilitative services and dispensing of hearing instruments and accessories.
• Educate patients about hearing healthcare and engage in community outreach.
• Coordinate referrals with physicians and support Beltone CARE initiative.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Virginia OR
• AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Virginia

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years dispensing or fitting experience.
• Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
