Job summary

Beltone Crestview, FL is seeking a Hearing Care Professional to educate patients on hearing loss and tailor Beltone devices to individual needs. This full-time role offers a competitive six-figure potential and a strong community network, with relocation assistance available for the right candidate.

You will conduct evaluations, fit devices, provide aftercare, and help grow the patient base while upholding Beltone's standards of care and customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous dispensing or fitting experience preferred.
• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in the state where you will work; OR
• Proven experience of achieving sales goals.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Will­ing to work flexible hours/days.
• Must have good dexterity in both hands.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient comprehensive hearing evaluations
• Consult with patients and recommend Beltone products
• Fit patients with hearing aid settings to match needs
• Educate patients on use of hearing aids and accessories
• Provide appropriate aftercare to ensure high patient care standards
• Uphold the Beltone promise with every patient
• Secure repeat and referral business via patient referrals and online reviews
• Partner with the Patient Services Coordinator for outreach and track effectiveness
• Maintain a clean and welcoming office environment

• Educate patients on the use of hearing aids and other hearing accessories
• Provide appropriate aftercare with all patients to ensure the highest standard of patient care
• Ensure the Belcare promise is upheld with every patient
• Secure repeat and referral business through utilization of patient referral program and positive online reviews
• Partner with the Patient Services Coordinator to lead the office in outreach initiatives; track and provide feedback to show effectiveness
• Maintain a clean and welcoming office and work environment
