Job summary

Beltone seeks a Licensed Hearing Care Professional in Houston, TX to conduct comprehensive evaluations and recommend optimal hearing solutions. You will fit and dispense hearing instruments, educate patients, and build referrals through physician outreach.

The role emphasizes patient-centric care, sales achievement, and dedication to Beltone’s nationwide network of care. Texas licensure or AuD eligibility is required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in Texas.
• AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in Texas.
• 2+ years dispensing or fitting experience (preferred).
• Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
• Provide professional recommendations for fitting and dispensing of hearing instruments and accessories.
• Educate patients about hearing healthcare and engage in community outreach.
• Call on physicians for referrals and participate in Beltone’s network of care.
• Deliver Beltone’s care promise to patients and staff with integrity and respect.

Salary Potential Ranges from $75,000 - $100,000!

Minimum Qualifications
