Job summary

Beltone in Lynchburg, Virginia is hiring a Licensed Hearing Care Professional to join our hearing care team. You will administer comprehensive hearing evaluations and provide clinical recommendations to ensure a positive patient journey.

We value community outreach, strong communication, and integrity, with a compensation range of $75,000–$100,000 per year depending on experience and credentials; Beltone supports Equal Opportunity Employment.

Qualifications

• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in Virginia or AuD with dispensing eligibility in Virginia.
• 2+ years dispensing or fitting experience (preferred).
• Strong sales track record (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
• Recommend rehabilitative services and fitting of hearing instruments.
• Educate patients about hearing healthcare and community outreach.
• Coordinate referrals with physicians.
• Uphold Beltone's Belcare promise and network standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Virginia OR
• AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Virginia

• 2+ years dispensing or fitting experience.
• Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
