Position Responsibilities
  • Provide information to customers about healthcare options and insurance policies.
  • Help customers choose the appropriate insurance policy that fits their needs.
  • Engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide relevant solutions.
  • Ensure all activities and advice comply with insurance regulations and company policies.
  • Deliver high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding coverage, benefits, claims, and other insurance-related questions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and documentation.
  • Keep abreast of changes in insurance regulations, healthcare policies, and market trends to provide accurate and current information.
  • Promote various insurance products and services to meet sales targets and business objectives.
  • Resolve customer concerns regarding their insurance policies.
  • Work closely with team members and departments to ensure cohesive customer service and policy management.
  • Participate in ongoing training to maintain licensure and improve skills.
Candidate Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid Healthcare Insurance License
  • Previous call center experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible schedule, analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to multitask
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable in completing assignments and attendance
Requirements
  • Wired Ethernet connection (≥20 Mbps download, ≥10 Mbps upload)
  • Two 21" monitors
  • Broadband Internet via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic
  • No wireless connections allowed for work systems
  • Own headset (models to be recommended during interview)
Conditions of Employment
  • Must be authorized to work in the country
  • Willing to submit background/security investigation and drug screening
