Job description

We are looking for a Licensed Health Insurance Agent. This is a high-opportunity, onsite position with 100% inbound leads, allowing agents to focus on educating clients, assisting with enrollments, and converting qualified opportunities without cold calling.

We are especially interested in agents newer to ACA, currently working in Medicare and looking to transition into ACA, or who have recently obtained their Health Insurance License.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to 100% of inbound leads — no cold calling.
• Assist individuals and families with enrollment in ACA-compliant health insurance plans through the Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM).
• Explain plan benefits, coverage options, subsidies, eligibility requirements, and enrollment processes clearly.
• Maintain compliance with CMS, FFM, carrier, and state regulations.
• Accurately document client information and activity in CRM systems.
• Follow up with prospective and enrolled members as needed.
• Meet or exceed enrollment, conversion, and retention goals.

Required Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License
• FFM 2026 Certification**, current and valid.
• Licensed in multiple states preferred.
• Ideally licensed in 6 or more states, including key markets such as TX, FL, TN, AL, GA, and SC
• Candidates newer to the industry may still be considered with fewer states, particularly if licensed in Florida and Texas.
• Previous ACA experience is preferred but **not required**.
• Medicare agents interested in transitioning into ACA are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume inbound call environment.
• Ability to work **onsite in Boca Raton, FL**.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and online enrollment platforms.
