Job description

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Licensed Health Insurance Agents to join our dynamic call center team. In this role, you will assist individuals in selecting the best health insurance plans to meet their needs, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

Job Title : Licensed Health Insurance Agent - Call Center

Location : Remote

Job Type : Full-Time Temp to Perm Opportunity

Salary : $20.00-$25.00 / hr. depending on experience

Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with health insurance enrollment and inquiries.
  • Educate clients on various health insurance plans, coverage options, and benefits.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate plans based on eligibility and budget.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding health insurance sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and policy details.

Qualifications :

  • Active Health Insurance License .
  • 2025 AHIP Certification
  • 2 years of Medicare sales experience required
  • Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and insurance sales platforms.
