A day in the role...

The Licensed Telesales Representative is responsible for educating beneficiaries about healthcare products, helping them make informed decisions about their plans, and selling Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan (D-SNP) telephonically. Responsibilities include adhering to CMS regulations, maintaining licensure, evaluating eligibility, providing quotes, educating prospects, completing enrollments, and transferring calls when necessary. During downtime, outbound calls may be made to offer plans to dependents aging off coverage.

Core Experience:

• Licensed Health Insurance (1+ year)
• Virginia insurance license required; out-of-state candidates must be open to obtaining a Virginia license

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range is $22.00 - $23.00/hr. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, HSA, transportation, EAP, PTO, and more, depending on eligibility.
