HOPE Program seeks a Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D./Psy.D.) to lead forensic mental health treatment, conduct comprehensive sex offender evaluations using validated tools, and supervise clinicians within a multidisciplinary team focused on public safety and rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (Ph.D./Psy.D.).
• Licensed as a Psychologist in California by the Board of Psychology.
• Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience in forensics.
• Completion of BOP licensure requirements including 3000 hours and EPPP/CPLEE.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services, including therapy, assessment, and case management for forensic populations.
• Conduct comprehensive forensic evaluations and ensure legal-standards-compliant documentation.
• Supervise, mentor, and train unlicensed staff and practicum students.
