Job summary

Liftology Houston Metro is hiring an Elevator Mechanic to install, service, and troubleshoot residential and light commercial mobility equipment throughout the Houston Metro area. You will work with brands like Bruno, Harmar, and Savaria, handling elevators, vertical lifts, and ramps in homes and businesses.

The role requires a state elevator license or 3 years of verifiable experience, strong mechanical and electrical skills, and the ability to read diagrams and blueprints.

Qualifications

• State elevator license or 3 years verifiable work experience installing residential and light commercial mobility equipment.
• Strong mechanical ability, electrical understanding, and wiring experience.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, shop drawings, and construction blueprints.
• Comfort with a range of hand and power tools; good manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot elevators, vertical lifts, stairlifts, and ramps in residential and commercial settings.
• Support clients and manufacturers through installation and service processes.
• Travel mainly within the Greater Houston area with occasional regional training.
• Participate in on-call rotations as the business grows.
