Job summary

National Seating & Mobility is seeking a licensed Elevator Mechanic to lead installation and maintenance of commercial and residential elevators. You will mentor junior technicians, ensure compliance with state code, and coordinate with project managers and contractors to meet drawings and scope.

Qualifications

Must hold a state elevator mechanic license and renew as required.
Keep current with national/state code requirements.
Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicle with trailer.
DOT medical card for heavy equipment transportation.

Responsibilities

Lead installer for commercial and residential elevators and lifts.
Provide routine and preventative maintenance.
Collaborate with PM and contractors to match manufacturer drawings and scope.
Mentor and train junior technicians on site.
Attend state inspections and ensure installations pass.
