Job summary

Air Tech of Katy is seeking a self-motivated electrician to join a growing team in Katy, TX. This full-time role offers uncapped pay potential, medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance, plus a company vehicle and gas card.

Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $120,000 per year with opportunities for growth and ongoing training. Ideal candidates have residential electrical experience, a valid driver's license, and are committed to safety and high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of residential electrical experience
• Journeyman license preferred
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR & background check
• Proficient with electrical codes and safety standards
• Strong customer-service orientation

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations according to blueprints, codes, and safety standards
• Conduct routine maintenance and repair of electrical components and systems
• Inspect electrical systems and components for hazards or non-compliance
• Ensure all work complies with electrical codes and regulations
• Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safety culture
• Prioritize customer service and satisfaction
• Attend periodic company or manufacturer training
• Participate in safety training and follow PPE requirements
• Handle at least 50 lbs consistently

What you will do:

• Perform electrical installations according to blueprints, electrical codes, and safety standards


• Conduct routine maintenance and repair of electrical components and systems


• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, or non-compliance with regulations.


• Ensure all electrical work complies with electrical codes and regulations


• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, and property damage. Promote a culture of safety among team members and adhere to personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.


• Prioritize customer service and satisfaction


• Attend periodic company or manufacturer training


• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures


• Consistently work with and handle at least 50 lbs

Who you are:

• Journeyman Electrician (preferred)


• Hard-working, willing to learn


• Valid driver's license, able to pass MVR & background check


• 1+ years of residential electrical experience


• Great communicator with a strong customer service focus


• Generator experience a plus but not required
