Job summary

Mister Greenway in Bartlett, TN is seeking a self-motivated electrician to join our growing electrical team. Compensation includes hourly pay plus commission and a comprehensive benefits package.

This full-time, in-person role requires 2+ years of residential electrical experience and a valid driver’s license, with uncapped earning potential. You will perform installations, maintenance, and inspections, ensuring compliance with codes while prioritizing customer satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• Hard-working, willing to learn
• Valid driver's license, able to pass MVR & background check
• 2+ years of residential electrical experience
• Great communicator with a strong customer service focus
• Generator experience a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations according to blueprints, electrical codes, and safety standards
• Conduct routine maintenance and repair of electrical components and systems
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, or non-compliance with regulations.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with electrical codes and regulations
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, and property damage. Promote a culture of safety among team members and adhere to personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
• Prioritize customer service and satisfaction
• Attend periodic company or manufacturer training
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Consistently work with and handle at least 50 lbs
