Job summary

Ace Air Conditioning is hiring a self-motivated electrician to join our growing electrical team in Lake Charles, LA. This in-person role offers uncapped pay potential with a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of residential electrical experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass MVR and background checks. Journeyman preferred; great communication and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician preferred.
• Hard-working and willing to learn.
• Valid driver's license and able to pass MVR & background check.
• 1+ years of residential electrical experience.
• Great communicator with a strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations according to blueprints, electrical codes, and safety standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repair of electrical components and systems.
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, or non-compliance with regulations.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with electrical codes and regulations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and PPE requirements; promote safety among team members.

What you will do:

• Perform electrical installations according to blueprints, electrical codes, and safety standards


• Conduct routine maintenance and repair of electrical components and systems

• Ensure all electrical workcomplies withelectrical codes and regulations


• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, and property damage. Promote a culture of safety among team members and adhere to personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.


• Prioritize customer service and satisfaction


• Attend periodic company or manufacturer training


• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures


• Consistently work with and handle at least 50 lbs
