Job summary

Advantage Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electrical is seeking a self-motivated electrician in Stillwater, OK to join our growing team. You will perform residential electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring safety and code compliance while delivering strong customer service.

We offer uncapped pay potential with hourly pay plus commission, plus benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and company vehicle. Prioritize safety and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential electrical experience.
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations according to blueprints, codes and safety standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repair of electrical components and systems.
• Inspect systems to identify hazards, defects or non-compliance with regulations.
• Ensure all work complies with electrical codes and regulations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Prioritize customer service and satisfaction.
• Attend periodic company or manufacturer training.
• Participate in safety training and policies.
• Handle at least 50 lbs consistently.

What You Will Do

• Perform electrical installations according to blueprints, electrical codes, and safety standards
• Conduct routine maintenance and repair of electrical components and systems
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, or non-compliance with regulations.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with electrical codes and regulations
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, and property damage. Promote a culture of safety among team members and adhere to personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
• Prioritize customer service and satisfaction
• Attend periodic company or manufacturer training
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Consistently work with and handle at least 50 lbs

Who You Are

• Hard-working, willing to learn
• Valid driver's license, able to pass MVR & background check
• 2+ years of residential electrical experience
• G reat communicator with a strong customer service focus
• Generator experience a plus but not required
