Job summary

Advantage Plumbing, Heating & Air is seeking a motivated electrician for its Stillwater, OK team. You will perform electrical installations, maintenance, and inspections, adhering to codes and safety standards while delivering strong customer service.

A valid license and 2+ years of residential experience are preferred, with a company vehicle and gas card provided. The role offers uncapped pay potential from $75,000 to $125,000 per year, with medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO benefits,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential electrical experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations according to blueprints and codes.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repair of electrical systems.
• Inspect systems to identify hazards or non-compliance.
• Ensure work complies with electrical codes and safety standards.
• Adhere to PPE and safety procedures; promote safety culture.
• Prioritize customer service and satisfaction.
• Attend training and manufacturer sessions.
• Work with at least 50 lbs consistently.

What you will do:

• Perform electrical installations according to blueprints, electrical codes, and safety standards
• Conduct routine maintenance and repair of electrical components and systems
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, or non-compliance with regulations.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with electrical codes and regulations
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, and property damage. Promote a culture of safety among team members and adhere to personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
• Prioritize customer service and satisfaction
• Attend periodic company or manufacturer training
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Consistently work with and handle at least 50 lbs

Who you are:

• Hard-working, willing to learn
• Valid driver's license, able to pass MVR & background check
• 2+ years of residential electrical experience
• Great communicator with a strong customer service focus
• Generator experience a plus but not required
