Job summary

Hunt Electric, Inc. is seeking a full-time Licensed Electrical Foreman to lead our electrical division. The role focuses on planning, organizing, and executing electrical construction projects while adapting to codes and safety requirements.

Responsibilities include mentoring field crews, coordinating with PMs, and ensuring project safety and quality. The ideal candidate has a Journeyman license and 5–7+ years of installation experience with up-to-date electrical codes, plus strong teamwork and

Qualifications

• Current Journeyman license.
• 5-7+ years of installation experience with the latest electrical code, means, and methods.
• Ability to apply latest techniques to maximize safety, quality and production.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills; be a team player.
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Bluebeam, Word, Excel).
• Valid driver’s license and a clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crews (2–50 personnel) to meet safety, quality and production goals.
• Plan and layout projects; perform material takeoffs and determine tool needs.
• Establish on-site safety plan and mitigate risks to personnel and equipment.
• Review and implement installation per contract drawings/specifications.
• Coordinate with PM and purchasing on change requests and schedules.
• Provide daily written progress updates and participate in meetings.
• Mentor field crews and coordinate with trades; ensure NEC compliance.
