Job summary

Hunt Electric, Inc. in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a full-time licensed Industrial Electrical Foreman to join our team within the Industrial Division. The Foreman must hold a current Utah Journeyman Electrician license and supervise field crews.

Candidates should have installation experience, ability to read complex electrical drawings, plan material take-offs, ensure safety, and coordinate with PM and purchasing. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Current Utah Journeyman license required.
Five+ years of installation experience with latest electrical code, means, and methods.
Ability to read electrical plans, complex schematics and blueprints.
Experience supervising crews of 2–50 personnel, ensuring safety, quality and production goals.

Responsibilities

Diplomatically manage crews and provide training and feedback.
Plan and layout projects with material take-off quantities and tool needs.
Troubleshoot and install control circuits; interpret electrical plans and blueprints.
Establish site-specific safety plans and assess project risks.
Coordinate with PM and purchasing manager on material requisitions and schedules.
Monitor progress and provide daily written documentation of activities.
