Hunt Electric, Inc. is seeking a full-time Licensed Electrical Superintendent I to lead projects from award through final construction. The role requires a high level of customer service to build relationships and a strong electrical construction background.

You will supervise crews, plan installations, ensure safety per NEC, and coordinate with the PM. The position offers benefits and growth within a merit-based company.

Qualifications

• Current Utah Journeyman license.
• Seven+ years of installation experience with the latest electrical code, means, and methods.
• Moderate to high-level computer skills including Outlook, Bluebeam, Word, and Excel.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to lift 100lbs.
• Safety training related to electrical and general construction such as OSHA 30 hour, NFPA 70E, First Aid/CPR, scissor lift, forklift, Lock Out/Tag Out, and trade-specific.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from award through final construction.
• Supervise crews (20+ personnel) and provide training and feedback.
• Plan and layout installations based on project schedule.
• Establish site safety plans and evaluate risks.
• Review and implement installation per drawings and specs.
• Coordinate with PM for change requests and schedules.
• Prepare material, equipment, and labor plans for site arrivals.
• Provide daily progress documentation.
