Job summary

Hunt Electric, Inc. is seeking a full-time Licensed Electrical Foreman to join our Boise, ID team. The Foreman will plan, organize, and execute electrical construction projects while adapting to codes, safety rules, and project schedules.

You will troubleshoot, pull wire, bend pipe, and mentor field crews to meet safety and quality standards. We value hands-on leadership, strong communication with PMs and trades, and a commitment to NEC compliance.

Qualifications

• Five plus years of installation experience with the latest electrical code, means, and methods.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills; able to mentor field crews.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools (Outlook, Bluebeam, Word, Excel).
• Safety training such as OSHA 10/30, NFPA 70E, First Aid/CPR, Lock Out/Tag Out.

Responsibilities

• Supervise projects with crews from 2 to 50 personnel, meeting safety, quality and production goals.
• Plan and layout projects including material take-offs and tool needs from the schedule.
• Establish and implement site safety plans and evaluate risks to personnel and equipment.
• Coordinate with PM and purchasing to manage change requests and delivery schedules.
• Provide daily written progress and participate in project meetings.
