Job summary

Hunt Electric, Inc. in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a full-time Industrial Electrical Foreman. A current Utah Journeyman license is required; reciprocal licenses are welcome with Utah licensure within 30 days.

The role involves leading field crews in the Industrial Division, planning installations, and ensuring safety. The candidate should have 5+ years of installation experience, strong reading of plans, and the ability to coordinate with project managers.

Qualifications

Current Utah Journeyman license.
Five+ years of installation experience with the latest electrical code, means, and methods.
Ability to apply latest electrical techniques to safety, quality, and production.
Knowledge of electrical/electronic systems incl. lighting and timing.
Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills: Outlook, Bluebeam, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

Diplomatically manage crews; provide training and feedback.
Plan and layout projects with materials, quantities, and tools.
Troubleshoot and install control circuits; interpret electrical plans and schematics.
Establish site safety plan; evaluate risks; mitigate hazards.
Review scope with PM; determine change requests and schedule impact.
