Qualifications

• State Board Certified Licensed Dispensing Optician.
• 2-5 years eyewear experience in a similar setting.
• Retail/office customer-service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple prescriptions daily.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in eyewear selection using product knowledge.
• Analyze prescriptions and provide recommendations for quality vision care.
• Fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses to ensure proper comfort.
• Provide oversight on all prescriptions in the office.
• Explain insurance benefits and pricing clearly to patients.
• Maintain accurate pricing and timely delivery of eyewear.
