MyEyeDr. is seeking a Licensed Dispensing Optician to analyze prescriptions, fit glasses, and oversee prescriptions across the office. You will guide patients through eyewear selection, ensure accurate measurements, and support efficient delivery of eyewear with attention to insurance and promotions.

The role requires state certification, eyewear experience, and strong communication in a fast-paced setting within our Winston-Salem clinic.

Formación

• Must be State Board Certified Licensed Dispensing Optician
• 2-5 years of related eyewear experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of promotions, insurance benefits and eyewear options

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service and understand patient needs
• Assist patients in eyewear selection using product knowledge
• Analyze and assess vision needs and prescriptions
• Oversee all prescriptions and ensure accuracy throughout the office
• Explain insurance benefits and pricing, promote promotions and accessories
• Perform eye measurements and fittings with pupillometer and lensometer
