Figure Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Customer Success Associate to join a fast-paced call center environment. You will handle inbound calls, chats, and emails, guiding customers through the application process and ensuring a smooth experience.

You will build product knowledge to resolve issues, improve processes, and deliver exceptional customer service. A MLO license and notary readiness are prized; hybrid work arrangements may apply.

Qualifications

• BA/BS from an accredited university.
• Active MLO license within last 5 years in MO is preferred.
• Clear, confident, and compassionate communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact and advocate for customers.
• Handle inquiries via omni-channel communication with exceptional service.
• Educate customers on Figure and its products throughout the process.
• Promote brand recognition by delivering unrivaled support via phone, chat and email.
• Gather insights and support process improvements for customer experience.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for a range of issues.
• Obtain e-notary licensing and complete required background checks.
