HomeServices of America is seeking a customer-focused insurance service professional to support day-to-day client needs and contribute to profitability and growth. You will respond to calls, advise on coverage, process changes, and handle claims with accuracy.
The role requires a Property and Casualty license, strong communication, and a solid understanding of personal lines products. You will maintain strong relationships with carriers and provide timely quotes.
To provide day-to-day service and support to new and existing clients such that objectives for profitability and growth are met.
Support sales programs and long-term objectives to enhance business strategy and achieve goals relative to profitability, cost control and organizational effectiveness. (75-80%)
Work with existing clients to providing quotes on current lines of business, or line replacements, and cross-selling. (10-15%)
Report immediately any circumstances that may lead to potential or actual HomeServices errors and omissions claim and/or any DOI (Dept. of Ins.) or related complaints to the department manager. (0-5%)
Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned. (0-5%)
Education:
$23.50 - $28.70 hourly; actual wage is based upon education and experience. Potential for formulary incentive plan, based on financial results.
