This full‑time role supports referrals, treatment planning, participant admissions and discharges, and collaboration with community partners. The position requires a Wisconsin license and a master’s degree in a behavioral science field.

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional with state credentials.
• Master’s or higher in behavioral science or related field required.
• Supervisory experience preferred; ability to lead teams in community settings.
• Strong clinical assessment, crisis intervention, and de-escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and day-to-day leadership to CSP case managers.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, professional development, and staff performance.
• Provide clinical and case management services as part of the ACT team.
• Coordinate referrals, assessments, treatment planning, admissions, and discharges.
• Offer clinical guidance during participant crises and ensure documentation quality.
• Collaborate with community partners and coordinate Chapter 51 commitments as needed.
• Promote evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care across the program.
