Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We meet people in their homes and communities and help connect them to the resources. We serve Southeast and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services, working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. Our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual.
The Licensed Social Worker/Licensed Professional Counselor position provides direct behavioral health services to multi-need individuals and families, including biopsychosocial assessments, provisional diagnoses, and therapeutic interventions under supervision. The role is responsible for developing individualized treatment plans that are strengths based and trauma-informed, while maintaining compliant documentation, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care. This position requires active participation in supervision, ongoing training, and adherence to professional and ethical standards. Services may be delivered in home, office, school, community, or telehealth settings, with travel and flexible hours based on client and program needs.
The salary range for this position is $47,609.67 to $71,675.95 per year based on experience.
