Qualifications

• Must hold a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), LPCC, LCSW/LICSW, or ADC in the state of West Virginia.
• Candidate should have supervision experience with Associate Level counselors.
• Proficiency with Excel and tracking spreadsheets (pivot tables, etc.).
• Knowledge of quality assurance file reviews and CARF requirements.
• Preferred that candidate is credentialed with Alliance and Cardinal MCOs.
• Preferred that candidate have authorization experience with MCOs.
• Candidate should possess patience, empathy, and effective communication with staff and patients.
• Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Counselors and Counselor Interns in compliance with laws and BayMark policies.
• Ensure timely documentation of patient services based on plan of care.
• Identify physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs of patients.
• Ensure compliance with company and funding expectations.
• Manage related expenditures in line with the budget.
• Travel as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned by the Treatment Center Director.
