Job summary

Quinault Wellness Center is seeking a Community Cultural Activities Coordinator to develop engaging, culturally responsive activities that support recovery and foster belonging. You will build partnerships with Tribal communities, educators, artists, and recovery services to expand access to cultural and wellness activities for individuals and families served.

You will work closely with clinical and behavioral health teams to integrate cultural experiences into recovery-oriented programming,

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Services, Recreation, Community Health, Social Services, Education, Native Studies, Cultural Studies, Public Health, or related field.
• Minimum of two years coordinating community programs, cultural events, or recovery-oriented initiatives.
• Experience developing community partnerships with Tribal governments and local organizations.
• Knowledge of culturally responsive programming and engaging diverse backgrounds.
• Experience coordinating cultural activities, guest presenters, or community events.
• Strong organizational, communication, facilitation, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with clinical teams and stakeholders.
• Travel within the service area and flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cultural celebrations, educational workshops, recreational activities, and recovery groups.
• Build relationships with Tribal communities, cultural practitioners, educators, artists, and community partners.
• Develop annual calendar of activities and identify opportunities for collaboration and grants.
• Promote Quinault culture and inclusive programming for diverse individuals and families served.
• Collaborate with clinical, behavioral health, and peer support teams to integrate cultural experiences.
