Job summary

Responsibilities include initial assessments, ongoing patient care, education, and collaboration to ensure treatment accountability. Requires Master's degree in a human services field and licensure such as LADC I, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, LDAC II or

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a human services field (psychology, sociology, social work, family studies, human services, counseling, nursing, or related).
• Minimum 1 year of full-time employment/internship in a human-services setting OR Master's Degree in behavioral science.
• License: LADC I, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, LDAC II OR LCSW.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessment and ongoing patient care.
• Provide counseling to patients through evidenced-based practice.
• Provide patient education.
• Ensure accountability of treatment program and patient compliance through collaboration.
• Assist patients in creating realistic goals toward achieving freedom from addiction.
• Act as a clinic resource and assure compliance with HIPAA and CFR42 Part 2 regulations.

Education

Master's degree in a human services field

1 year working in human-services setting or Master's in behavioral science
