Spero Health, Inc. seeks a licensed Counselor or Social Worker to join our Paducah, KY and Murray, KY teams. You will support patients through counseling, case management and medically assisted treatment in an integrated care model.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a human services field and current licensure (CSW, LCSW, LPCC, LPCA, LMFT, LCADC, or equivalent). At least 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in a human services field.
• 1 year of full-time employment or internship in a human-services setting.
• License: CSW, LCSW, LPCC, LPCA, LMFT, LCADC-A, LCADC.

Aufgaben

• Conduct initial assessment and ongoing patient care.
• Provide counseling to patients through evidenced-based practice.
• Provide patient education.
• Ensure accountability of treatment program and patient compliance through collaboration.
• Assist patients in creating realistic goals toward recovery from addiction.
• Act as a clinic resource and assure compliance with HIPAA and CFR42 Part 2 regulations.
