Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) seeks a full-time licensed counselor or social worker to serve youth and adults in need of Behavioral Health services in Adams County, OH. The organization meets people in homes and communities, connecting them to resources and providing collaborative, personalized care.

Salary range listed is $47,609.67 to $71,675.95 per year, with hourly rates varying by licensure status. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, 401K and EAP.

Qualifications

• Must meet licensure requirements as defined by the state board.
• Demonstrated cultural awareness.
• Experience with multi-need individuals and families.
• Broad knowledge of community service systems.
• Able to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment.

Responsibilities

• Assesses or defines the strengths and needs of referred individuals and families.
• Directly provides and coordinates clinical and social services that are problem-focused and build on family and community strengths.
• Carries out utilization review and quality assurance activities as directed.
• Maintains necessary documentation, participates in program evaluation, attends team and program planning meetings, cross-systems training, and acquires knowledge of community resources.
• Meets billing productivity requirements established by Integrated Services for Behavioral Health.
• Other duties as assigned.
