AppleGate Recovery is seeking a Licensed Counselor to provide direct counseling services in an outpatient setting for adults enrolled in Medication Assisted Treatment for opioid use disorder. The role emphasizes trauma-informed practices and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to evaluate progress and tailor an individualized plan of care.

The counselor will work in a facility focused on high-quality patient care, aiming to improve quality of life and sustain long-term recovery.

Formación

• Must hold LPPC, LICDC, or LICDC-S licensure (or LCDCII/LCDCIII with supervision).
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual and group counseling services; coordinate all services across treatment.
• Conduct initial assessments to determine eligibility.
• Complete bio-psychosocial assessment.
• Establish and review individualized treatment plans.
• Respond to patient grievances and complaints.
• Develop aftercare and discharge plans.
• Other related duties as determined by supervisor.
