AppleGate Recovery is seeking a Full Time Licensed Counselor for MAT clinics. The counselor will support patients in medically supervised treatment for opioid use disorder, using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches to improve quality of life.

You will collaborate with doctors, nurses, and a multidisciplinary team to evaluate progress and tailor plans of care, conduct assessments, and develop aftercare strategies across locations.

Qualificações

• Must hold LCDAC, CADC, LCSW, CSW, LMFT, LMFTA, LPCC or LPCA in Tennessee.
• Preferred: prior experience with chemically dependent individuals.
• Must demonstrate a positive, non-judgmental attitude toward patients.
• Ability to collaborate with a compassionate counseling team.
• Knowledge of local drug trends, addiction treatment systems, and related health topics.
• Satisfactory criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual and group counseling services with regular sessions.
• Conduct initial assessment and evaluation for eligibility.
• Complete Bio-psychosocial assessment.
• Establish and review individualized treatment plans.
• Respond to patient grievances and complaints.
• Develop aftercare and discharge plans.
• Provide support for other clinic locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
