The role focuses on mental health and substance use treatment, delivering individual, group, and family therapy with a strong emphasis on evidence-based practices.

You will conduct assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining thorough documentation

Qualifications

• Valid state LPC and LCDC licensure.
• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years counseling experience focused on substance use.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' emotional, mental, and substance use issues.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to support recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and plans in compliance with policies and laws.
