Qualifications

• Active licensure as an LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, or LMSW in Texas.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Prior clinical experience including crisis intervention, individual, and group therapy.
• Confidentiality standards, state regulations, and clinical protocols must be understood.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Spanish-speaking candidates are highly valued and encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Perform clinical assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
