The Fort Worth Interventional LLC seeks a Licensed Professional Counselor/Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LPC/LCDC) to join our team. The ideal candidate holds LPC and LCDC licenses, a Master's in Counseling or related field, and at least 2 years of substance-use counseling experience.

Qualifications

  • Valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC).
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of counseling experience, specifically related to substance use.
  • Strong understanding of therapeutic methods and evidence-based practices for mental health and substance abuse treatment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' emotional, mental, and substance use issues.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that are clear, concise, and tailored to each client's needs.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
  • Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to support recovery and well-being.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic and coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and advancements in therapy techniques and strategies.
  • Provide crisis intervention as needed and develop post-crisis support plans.
  • Engage in community outreach and represent the organization at professional networking events.
