We are seeking a highly motivated Licensed Therapist Counselor Associate (LPC-A, LMFT-A, LMSW) to join our Fort Worth, TX team.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, or LMSW in the State of Texas.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Experience in crisis intervention, individual, and group therapy.
• Knowledge of confidentiality standards, state regulations, and clinical protocols.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Spanish-speaking candidates are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Perform clinical assessments, diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate in interdisciplinary team meetings and treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Demonstrate ethical and professional conduct.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize client outcomes.
