Job summary

Behavioral Health Group (BHG) seeks a Licensed Counselor (CADC/LCADC/CSW/LPCA/LPCC) to help patients identify strengths and work toward social, educational, and occupational goals while supporting recovery and maintaining professional ethics.

Reporting to the Counselor Supervisor or Program Director, you will conduct individual and group counseling, develop treatment plans, coordinate care with providers, ensure records accuracy, and comply with all regulatory requirements and accrediting

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Services required.
• Must hold licensure CADC, LCADC, CSW, LPCA or LPCC.
• Behavioral health experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular alcohol and drug abuse counseling sessions and group sessions.
• Orient patients to program operations and procedures.
• Develop and revise patient treatment plans with comprehensive records.
• Make referrals and perform follow-ups as needed.
• Coordinate care with community providers and other agencies.
• Provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling.
• Attend trainings, conferences, and maintain compliance with regulations.
